Upgrade your heavy-duty industrial automation lines with the high-capacity UFLOW DCS-E2 5/2-Way Double Solenoid Valve. Engineered explicitly to drive larger double-acting pneumatic actuators, this heavy-duty control valve features oversized 1/2" BSP connections designed to minimize pressure bottlenecks. By incorporating an independent dual-coil layout, the valve shifts internal air flow paths via brief, momentary electrical commands. Once toggled, the bistable internal spool mechanically locks into place, holding the last commanded circuit layout during sudden power outages or signal dropouts to prevent machine drifting.

The DCS-E2 is constructed with a robust aluminum enclosure, precision-fit brass internals, and wear-resistant Nitrile rubber gaskets to handle rapid-cycling applications up to 600 cycles per minute. Capable of processing up to 3500 LPM of filtered and lubricated compressed air, it ensures lightning-fast cylinder responses across multi-port automation setups.
